I have 20 years experience working with people as a Manager, Coach and
Trainer and have a broad business background in senior management positions
working with both the private and public sector.
I am passionate about coaching. Coaching and NLP transformed me as a
person and as a parent. I love working with people and am fascinated and
inspired by the possibilities of creating a positive impact in their lives. I
have an ability to see the broad picture, and can share these insights with
clients, in a tactful, often humorous way, making change inevitable.
I have worked with numerous clients to facilitate change, help
self-esteem grow and widen horizons. I have witnessed how tiny shifts in
attitude and perception have brought about vast changes in peoples lives.
I have worked with career change, relationships, redundancy and performance.
I am constantly learning how to use my skills better to be even more effective,
and am excited by the opportunity to keep learning in this field.
Ten years ago I took time to reassess my own life, this resulted in my
having two lovely children and a complete career change. I obtained a
Certificate in Counselling from Roehampton University, but was unconvinced that
this was exactly what I wanted to do. It was then I discovered coaching. I
obtained my Diploma in Life and Executive Coaching from Noble Manhattan, which
I passed with Distinction. I then felt that I was still missing some tools, so
I went to Santa Cruz in California and qualified as an NLP Practitioner at NLP
University with Robert Dilts and Judith DeLozier. I gained my Master
Practitioner in NLP through PPD Learning in London.
I am now in the very happy position of having found my niche in life. I
am as enthusiastic about coaching now, as I was when I first understood what it
was. This enthusiasm drives me to help others find their true direction in
life, and to make the most of their skills, talents and desires.
I work to the European
Coaching Institute code of ethics.
